Privacy Policy for AAC Cards Effective date: March 15, 2026 *What This App Does* AAC Cards is an AAC aid that lets you create and display text cards organized into groups. It is designed for use by anyone who might prefer to use a "card"-like way of communicating. *Data We Collect* We collect no data. AAC Cards does not transmit any information to us or any third party. *Data Stored on Your Device and in Your iCloud Account* All content you create — card groups, cards, and app settings — is stored exclusively in your private iCloud account using Apple's CloudKit. This data is: - Accessible only to you through your Apple ID - Governed by https://www.apple.com/legal/privacy/ - Never visible to the app developer The scratchpad text is stored locally on your device only and is never uploaded anywhere. *Biometric Data* If you protect a card group with the privacy lock, AAC Cards uses Face ID or Touch ID through Apple's LocalAuthentication framework. The app never sees or stores your biometric data; authentication is handled entirely by iOS. *Data Sharing* We do not share any data with anyone. There are no analytics SDKs, advertising networks, or third-party services in this app. *Children's Privacy* This app does not knowingly collect information from anyone, including children under 13. *Changes to This Policy* If this policy changes materially, the updated policy will be posted with a new effective date. *Contact* Questions about this policy can be directed to: aac-cards@antelope.net
